We offer Free shipping for orders over NZD$159. Please note that the order subtotal must be $159 or more after any discounts or Reward Points have been applied. For orders under $159, the following shipping rates apply:
- Auckland Delivery: 1–3 business days, Flat rate: $6.90
- North Island Delivery: 2-4 business days, Flat rate: $8.50
- South Island Delivery: 3-5 business days, Flat rate $9.99

Click & Collect (Auckland Only)
Save on shipping and pick up your order directly from our Auckland warehouse.
Location: 98 Great South Road, Papakura
Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.00pm.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection (usually within 24 hours).

How long does it take to process an order?

Can I send the gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely Yes – just enter their delivery address at checkout. We won’t include a receipt in gift orders, and you can add a personalised message too.
Is Click & Collect available?
Yes, currently we only offer Click & Collect for customers in the Auckland region. You’ll receive pickup instructions via email once your order is ready.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within New Zealand only. If you’re based overseas and wish to send a gift overseas, we’re happy to help – please contact us directly.
