At Yourgifting.co.nz, we want every order to reach you as smoothly and quickly as possible, whether it’s a thoughtful gift for a loved one or a treat for yourself.
For our Auckland customers, Click & Collect is available from our warehouse in East Tāmaki. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1–2 business days.
Please note that public holidays, weekends, severe weather events or peak trading periods (e.g. Christmas) may result in extended delivery times.
Personalised Orders
For customised or personalised gift orders, please allow approximately 10–15 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch.
We take extra care to ensure your gift is created with love and attention to detail, so it may take a little longer – but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free shipping for orders over NZD $159.
Please note: the order subtotal must be $159 or more after discounts or Reward Points have been applied.
For orders under NZD $159, the following shipping rates apply:

Delivery Timeframes

Currently, we only deliver to addresses within New Zealand. If you have an international order enquiry, please get in touch with us at info@yourgifting.co.nz so we can provide a personalised shipping quote.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the courier’s website.
