Change of Mind
If you’ve changed your mind, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You can provide proof of purchase.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologise if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and include:

We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund – whichever you prefer – at no additional cost to you.
How to Make a Return

Email us at info@yourgifting.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll confirm the return process and address.

Carefully package your item and send it back to us.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Please Note:

We do not accept returns on personalised, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. opened skincare, food, or teething products) unless faulty.

Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
