🛍️ Ordering

Q: How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely! Just enter the recipient’s details in the shipping address and yours in the billing section. You can also leave a gift message at checkout – we’ll include a handwritten note with your gift.

Q: Can I customise a gift box?
Yes! You can either choose from our curated gift boxes or create your own. Just select the “Create Your Own Gift Box” option and pick the items you’d like to include.

 

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Can I pick up my order?
Yes! If you're in Auckland, you can use our Click & Collect option during checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

 

🎁 Gifting & Packaging

Q: Will the price be included in the gift package?
No – we never include invoices or pricing in gift packages. You’ll receive your order confirmation by email.

Q: Can I include a gift message?
Yes sure! There’s a message box at checkout – we’ll handwrite your note and include it with the gift.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, all gifts can be beautifully packaged and ready to impress. We take pride in every detail.

 

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.

Q: My item arrived damaged or incorrect – what should I do?
We're so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll fix it right away.
